This page explains how returns and warranty support work for FORTDIEX products. As our products are currently sold through Amazon, returns are handled primarily through your Amazon order.
Returns through Amazon
Because purchases are completed on Amazon, returns and refunds are managed by Amazon under its returns policy. To start a return, sign in to your Amazon account, find the order and follow Amazon’s returns process. Return windows, eligibility and refunds are determined by Amazon.
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom are not affected. Products should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something isn’t right, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your FORTDIEX bottle has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and a description (and photos where possible). We will review each case and work with you on a fair resolution.

What’s not covered
Warranty support typically does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, including cosmetic marks from everyday use;
- damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper cleaning (such as dishwasher use);
- products that have been modified.
